How to Receive Your Order
Fresh-baked cookies are baked to order and require at least 48 hours processing time before local pickup or delivery.
For Pickup, select pickup at checkout. A time must be scheduled and agreed upon by both parties. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you via the email provided at checkout to coordinate pickup details.
If unsure, please email info@candacescookies.com to confirm pickup availability before placing order.

Orders are also available for Delivery.
- For Delivery, select ship at checkout.
- FREE delivery is offered within the Slidell, LA city limits (0-15 miles).
- All delivery orders require a minimum purchase of 2-dozen cookies.
- Delivery time ranges from 8am-6pm and could possibly vary based on order volume on the day of.
- Local delivery within a 16 - 30 mile radius of our location is offered at a flat $10 delivery fee.
- Orders requiring delivery between 31 - 60 miles are subject to a flat $15 delivery fee.
- Deliveries after 5pm will not be made within the 31 - 60 mile radius.
- Delivery is available Friday - Sunday only.
At checkout, delivery range is automatically calculated and will advise if you are within the 60 limit for delivery.
